This is the artist’s first solo exhibition in Paris since 1995 and his eleventh with David Zwirner. Raymond Pettibon (born Raymond Ginn; June 16, 1957 in Tucson, Arizona) is an American artist who lives and works in New York City. 22 1/2 x 17 1/2 in. Curated by Andrea Lutz and David Schmidhauser, this exhibition brought together the work of Raymond Pettibon and the French caricaturist, printmaker, sculptor, and painter Honoré Daumier (1808–1879), an artist renowned both in his time and now for his incisive social and political critiques.
